RCE is the founder of the Gem-Black-Market/Crime Syndicate called The Martian Pemdulums hidden on Mars where her and the members of the Syndicate make plans and business deals for heists,kidnappings,assassinations as-well as illegal trade for gems such as Rose Quartz and other such forbidden and stolen Gems,materials,weapons,plans and various goods.
RCE has connections to most wanted and criminal gems and is in most cases the best way to find a way to find them in needs of there service, RCE takes what she does very seriously and will only call the gems she has connections with if she feels its a benefit to both parties (that being herself and said gem she has connections with) the customer comes secound in her eyes.
RCE believes that the right connections, members and grunts is key to successes, RCE will commonly refer to any gem that purely works for her as either a Grunt if not shell refer to them as Admin followed by there name, RCE only calls her Connections, Members and Customers by name with no extra titles
RCE's Grunts include Unwanted and or lost Rubies,Quartz solders most of them are Red Colored and other various gems that were lost or unwanted
RCE's Admins include a Red Agate some more trusted Quartz solders and two Rubies that are commonly found close by to RCE and normally act as Advisers giving secondary opinions and sometimes acting as guards unlike most rubies these two are experienced and relatively smart.

WCE is one of the other 6 Chaos Emeralds, RCE treats her like a sister when shes around but rarely has time for her duo to how busy RCE commonly is ,RCE kinda wishes her sister would act more mature but wouldn't force such things on her and loves her either way.
Aroma (Only applies to the wiki's universe and not any PM or outside wiki RPs)
Aroma is for lack of a better word RCE's adopted daughter ,she knows little of her origins and believes she was born on Mars itself ,she has many questions but never brings them up shes also skilled in alchemy,pyrotechnic and witchcraft.

Cymophane was a loss end in RCE's eyes ,she was in debt and had no possible way of paying her off ,RCE was willing to give Cymophane extra time however Cymophane feel pregnant and forgot to tell anyone about the debt and was later "Cut", Cymophane's children were orphaned except two Aroma and Moxie , Moxie was spending the day with her other mother Howlite when Cymophane disappeared and Aroma was taken in by RCE after she sore potential in her natural alchemy skills believing she could become a skilled pyrotechnic.
Abilities[]
Pyrokinesis: RCE has strong Pryokinesis abilities allowing her to control Fire, Magma and Lava but not Plasma.
Chaos Control: With her Chaotic energy that she spent thousands or years mastering RCE can slowdown time but is still able to move at regular speeds this can only last a short period of time.
Chaos spear: With her Chaotic energy that she spent thousands or years mastering RCE can fire projectiles in great mass or rapid bombardment to an enemy ,target or anything really.
Spin-dash: RCE can spin-dash however she is also able to ligth herself on fire while doing it.
Continuous abilities[]
These Abilities do not activate or can be willingly controlled they are like going effects.
Extrasensory: RCE is able to sense when other Chaos Emeralds or other gems that have been in contact with a chaos emerald are near by.
Time Distortion: RCE like all Chaos Emeralds distorts time ,time doesn't become dangerous or have any negative effects while shes around however it prevents gems that would try to view an area that she is located thorough Future or Past visions.
Red-Chaos-Emeralds Backstory[]
During the rebellion on Earth ,HW had to take extra measures and built an emergency military base on Mars after discovering that the deep underground Magma chambers were capable of supporting the first underground Kindergartens ,however something went wrong a powerful red gem with the capability of controlling fire,lava and magma which HW was using to reach the underground Chambers in hopes of finding a Cavern had turned on them forcing them to retreat.
This gem remains on Mars to this day and calls it home roamers go around HW that Mars will one day jump into activity and will become an independent civilization that opposes the rule of the diamonds, however the diamonds believing the gem responsible for this would have retreated form mars and hide, look else where for this gem and the black-market she has created.
