Story[]
Gold is a Quartz gem that was made on Homeworld, she served under Yellow Diamond for years, slowly getting more and more complacent in her position, believing that most gems were beneath her, and any other species beneath gems. Gold had flawlessly spearheaded attacks on many resistances on many planets without issue... Until she was eventually sent to Earth.
Gold was shocked to hear herself commanded to attack other gems, because OTHER GEMS were protecting this planet for some reason. She wasn't prepared to shatter another gem. She had seen Yellow Diamond do it, and she herself had poofed and harvested many a malfunctioning gem, but when she was put in the position herself... She couldn't. Gold frantically searched any way to escape Earth, and was lucky enough to find an odd Gem named Silver who had just the means to do so.
...
Knowing she would be deemed a traitor upon going back to Homeworld, she decided to stick with Silver.
Appearance[]
Homeworld: On Homeworld, Gold wore a knee-length white dress with a yellow diamond prominently displayed on the front. She also wore a limb enhancer on her gem hand that drained energy from it, but allowed her to wield her weapon more easily, a gift from Yellow Diamond.
Current: When Gold finally realised she couldn't wear the diamond proudly anymore, she regenerated with a big black shirt and plain black shorts.
Abilities[]
Like most Gems, Gold can shape-shift, summon her weapon, fuse, and retreat into her gemstone to regenerate.
Weapon; Guillotine: Gold uses a Guillotine with a cloth covered handle coming out of the back of it.
Handle control: Gold can control the handle of her weapon seemingly at will, commonly to use her guillotine as a shield.
Hair: Gold can make her hair have the properties of her Guillotine to catch someone off-guard. She can't do this while her weapon is summoned though.
Gold's realtionships[]
Silver: Gold hated Silver and how much she acted human at first when they escaped the war on Earth, but she has warmed up to her since then, growing more attached to the gem than she likes to admit.
Gold's fusions[]
Platinum: Silver and Gold can fuse to become Platinum, she is seven and a half feet tall with grey skin and a long white ponytail. She wears a jacket very similar to Silver's, but it's black and goes all the way down to her knees, although it is unzipped from her waist down showing her with grey shorts underneath. She wears nothing underneath the jacket and has four arms. Her weapon is explosive platinum kunai.

- Gold will eat food, but she mostly hates anything that does not look attractive.
- Gold has a lot of trust issues.
- Gold's fusion dance seems to be based on Vogue.
