Personality[]
Fuchsite, overall, is a rather friendly gem who will help a gem in need. She wont try to offend or hurt someone on purpose unless its absolutely necessary, but there will be cases where she does it intentionally to get information and such out of gems.
She is quite laid back with the right gems and often tries to help them if she can but she is extremely nervous around authority yet somehow hides it between a thin layer of calmness. She can overthink things or go overboard with her plans due to her attitude.
She can be quite airy and oblivious, to the point of forgetting how doors work and various other things but if you get patient with her she is very much a bundle of happiness- a bundle of happiness that swears and also can be quite iffy with her morals.
If she doesnt get something done the first time and fails, she will try her fucking damnedest to succeed even at the cost of her own health.
Backstory[]
Fuchsite was made a little before the war, say around 1000 years or so; she was made to be Pink Diamonds personal healer, more specifically of the therapeutic kind. Upon the offset of the war, her diamond allowed her to work alongside her fellow gems in hopes of destroying the rebellion forces, but unfortunately Pink Diamond was shattered while she was on the battlefield and the war was soon dropped in favor of the corruption bomb.
She roamed around Homeworld in hopes of finding another job for hundreds of years, only to join Yellow Diamonds district.
Relationships[]
- Pink Diamond: Pink Diamond was her first diamond and she misses her dearly. Fuchsite was one of the few of her caste underneath Pink Diamond as her personal Therapeutic healer, they had a bit of a close relationship but that was cut short due to Pink Diamonds shattering.
- White Diamond: She respects White Diamond greatly. She has a small crush on her but it is hardly noticeable due to her very obvious anxiety while talking with the Diamond.
- Sea Salt Pearl: She likes SSP, mostly due to her valley girl-esque attitude and her cunningness. She thinks SSP is somewhat cute aswell.
Abilities[]
Fuchsite has standard Era-1 Gem abilities, including the ability to invoke a weapon, fuse with other gems, retreat to her gemstone, change shape, and strength, agility, speed, and skill beyond human capabilities. She is very easily able to be poofed and injured, as she was never made to fight but in turn her healing capabilities are off the roof.

- Violin Proficency: She is able to use the violin proficently out of combat, she mostly uses it in her free time when no one is around and is quite unaware of how useful it can be in combat with its abilities.
Unique Abilities[]
- Musical Healing: Her healing ability is rather unique and rare in gems, with her being able to heal various types of wounds be it physical or mental with her voice and musical instruments. Fuchsite, with her Violin, is able to heal gems that are cracked as long as they are nearby with the gem out in the open and not in/trapped in anything. She is also able to soothe other gems emotional/mental state for a bit with her singing voice, which may be one of the reasons why she is a singer.
- Voice Manipulation: She is able to manipulate her own voice in pitch, tone, and sound, she often uses this to make her songs sound more appealing and soothing.
- Sonic Scream: She is able to used her Voice Manipulation to make her voice into a shrill shriek as her only offensive ability. She is able to scream with such force that it throw gems into the air and into windows/buildings. She is only able to do this for a few seconds without feeling faint or passing out.
- Siren Song: A rather strange ability, she is able to lure other gems to her with her voice within a 5-6 mile radius of where she sings, of course they have to be able to hear it or else it wont work at all.

Gemology[]
- Fuchsite is a variety of Muscovite, which is a form of Mica. Ruby crystals are sometimes found within the Fuchsite. When this occurs, it is known as Ruby Fuchsite. In this case, the healing properties will be a combination of both Ruby and Fuchsite gemstones.
- Fuchsite helps us to understand issues concerning our daily lives; such as stress, physical health, routines, career and environment. It brings about a need to focus on basic concerns directly related to interactions with other people and the material world. Fuchsite channels information regarding holistic and herbal remedies, giving suggestions as to the most holistic action to take and receiving guidance on health matters and well-being.
- Psychologically, Fuchsite teaches true self worth, assisting in the elimination of a tendency towards martyrdom or issues of servitude. Fuchsite helps to overcome codependency and aids in a speedy recovery from trauma, both emotionally and physically.
- Fuchsite increases the energy of other crystals and helps in the transfer of their energy. It shifts energy into positive channels, therefore releasing blockages caused by excess energy. Fuchsite stabilises spinal column alignment and increases flexibility in the musculoskeletal system. It treats repetitive strain injury, carpal tunnel syndrome and also aids in balancing the red and white blood cell ratio.
